• Whatever your budget, we’ll help you optimize it. Our flexible fee-structure means you only pay for the services that you need – and we can scale up, or prune back, when you need us to. Our fees are agreed up-front, so you won’t get dealt extra ‘by the hour’ costs – unless you prefer it that way, of course!

• We will only prescribe marketing channels that we are confident will deliver against your objectives (and your budget). We use a combination of online and offline, traditional and modern marketing methods, and do not prioritize one over the other. In a world of ever-expanding communication channels, finding the right channel to use is paramount.

• We know how precious your brand is to you. We consider ourselves an extension of your team and we believe we can deliver the best of both worlds: the passion and commitment of a dedicated brand management team, with the creativity and objectivity of a full-service creative agency.

WHEN TO USE MADE?

1 You’re a start-up or small business with limited or no in-house marketing resources: we can take care of all your brand management needs, from developing your brand identity and defining your marketing strategy, to creating, executing and measuring all your marketing and advertising activity.

2 You’re an established brand with a marketing plan - you just don’t have quite enough resources in-house to deliver against all your objectives. We can pick-up the parts you’re struggling to deliver on, working alongside your teams and any incumbent agencies to ensure you meet all your brand or project goals, on schedule!

3 You’re struggling to come up with original ideas and want to explore a new creative or strategic viewpoint. As well as being a full-service creative agency (prepared to tackle even small or contentious projects!), we can come on-board as marketing consultants, helping to steer your team towards new territories.

IT ALL BEGAN AT SEA...

In 2011, on a small boat floating in the blue waters around Hong Kong some friends began a conversation about the changes that were taking place in modern, global Marketing.

One, a Creative at a leading advertising agency, lamented that there wasn’t enough clear communication between the strategists and the creatives, and that great ideas were being lost in the process. Another, a senior Marketer at a leading cosmetics group, had noticed that many new brands in Hong Kong were under-investing in Marketing because of financial constraints.

They decided that day to make the conversation count, to make it matter. They resolved to bring about a small yet meaningful change to Marketing and Design in Hong Kong by replacing the need for multiple in-house and out-of-house teams with something much more simple. By bridging the gap and bringing Marketing and Design together under one roof.

And, thus, was born MADE.
