Jeremy Wan
Art Director
Having only studied at the London College of Communication for three years, Jeremy can remarkably navigate his way across the city using a plethora of complicated bus routes and time tables which he has meticulously consigned to memory. Ironically place him in his home town of Hong Kong and he will be lost within 5 minutes. Fortunately for us Jeremy knows his way round the creative cloud considerably better and it is to him we look for our guidance when we need a vector or two.

Finance Director
A man who has dedicated his life to the purity of mathematics, Alex is the master behind our books. To some he’s the man who sends the invoices. To us he’s the angel that delivers our monthly Lai See packets of goodness, otherwise known as our salaries. We love you Alex.

Peony Yip
Graphic Designer & Illustrator
The national flower of Jamaica is the ‘The Lignum Vitae’ which produces a brightly coloured purple flower. Peonies - the national flower of China come in a variety of colours ranging from whites and yellows to deep reds, touching Crimson, Coral and Cerise along the way. Raised in Jamaica to Hong Kongese parents, Peony’s favourite colour is coincidentally purple which she wears nearly everyday, just in case she needs to camouflage herself among a Bauhinia tree - the national emblem of Hong Kong, should a gaggle of rowdy botanists be passing the vicinity.

Keeper of the Gates
While we have been informed that sandy is a Golden-Doodle (Golden Retriever Labrador cross Poodle), we suspect that she is actually a runt of a Polar Bear.

A bare and hairy footed troll like creature who crawled from under a Devonian rock many moons ago, he ventured across distant lands and met a bounty of cultures before coming to settle in this fragrant harbour we call home. Not one to work for others nor alone, he started this little family of MADE and together we grow.

Cyril Monaco
Producer & Videographer
An Italian who thinks he’s a frenchman as much as he’s a business man who think’s he’s a videographer. After studying at the Lille business school he travelled to a secluded spot in China to train in the ancient art of Shadow Puppetry. It is from these learnings that he fine tuned he capacity for storytelling on screen, as well as picking up some Mandarin along the way. Some say he can create a thousand dragon forms from one single sheet of A3 paper.

Mei Buzzell
Graphic Designer & Animator
Can’t cook, won’t eat out, but favourite food is homemade pizza. It doesn’t make her annoying in anyway shape or form. Apart from that, Mei is the darling ray of light in the office that keeps us smiling on gloomy days. She hails from a tiny little country called the U, S of A, learnt to drive a tractor at the age of 3 and can identify 36 types of peanut butter solely from the sound of their lids being opened. Mei makes things move, especially flowers, emotions and Cyril it would seem. For this reason we have put her in charge all all things needing to be animated.

Flora Chan
Digital Account Manager
If Apple made shoes, Flora would own a pair of every edition they ever made. As addictions go, footwear and shiny Californian designed guru phones are pretty common, but Flora takes them to a new level. However, her obsessiveness is what first caught our attention and is what makes her perfect for resolving our technical headaches through digital and meticulous wizardry.

Simon Hamilton
Design Consultant
Simon is a stalwart of the European design scene with bucket loads of experience in Interior Design as well as a huge range of other design disciplines. This has led to him being a highly regarded consultant on projects as well as being a regular voice to be heard on various industry panels and podcasts. The former International Director for the British Institute of Interior Design, is MADE’s international man of mystery in France representing all that we do. He is a key member of United In Design which champions for diversity and inclusion in design, and joins Joel as a member of the Design Dialogue community.

Scott Murphy
Producer & Copywriter
Mr Murphy is from New Jersey. New Jersey is nothing like the island of Jersey after which it was named, and Hong Kong Island is nothing like either Jersey, yet that is where you’ll find Mr Murphy these days. Mr Murphy has never needed to buy a New Jersey because he owns a leather jacket that’s as impenetrable as Batman’s cape. Why he wears leather in Hong Kong’s tropical weather, is a mystery to everyone of us who work with his production rates.

Purveyor of Sleepless Nights
If the thought of not making our work absolutely perfect work doesn’t keep us up, Beatrix will. As well as a fierce critic, she also and manages our stress testing on all services and products.
