"The Shake Down"
For the fourth Year in a row we have teamed up with Diageo to represent the Hong Kong & Macau World Class competition.
This year saw a twist of previous competitions engaging the bartenders to conceptualise and design (with a little bit of help from MADE) a pop up bar. On Monday the 12th of June, the 6 finalists were whittled down to 3 for a face off in Shakedown. We had 72 hours to work with them bringing their bars to life, while at the same time capturing the action on film.
