Joel Sadler
Founder Joel recognised a gap in the market for a boutique-style approach to branding and advertising. Prior to setting up MADE, Joel was an Art Director at multi-national advertising agency Publicis, working with clients such as UBS, Coca-Cola and Swire properties.
At the core of his professional work today is art directing and shooting for his varied client base, as well as having the occasional solo exhibition for personal projects when time permits.
Joel is from the UK but has been living in Hong Kong for 6 years.

Jeremy Wan
Jeremy graduated from London College of Communication with a BA Hons in Graphic and Media Design. A passionate and highly talented Graphic Designer, Jeremy finds inspiration in simple things - music, people, nature - and expresses this through his work. He thrives in a highly creative environment and loves a good challenge.
In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys reading, travelling and photography. He loves going to exhibitions all over Hong Kong and relishes learning about new places and cultures.
Jeremy is from Hong Kong.

Senior Graphic Designer & Illustrator, Takamitsu Gaito
Originally from Japan, Takamitsu is a very proud and passionate illustrator, graphic designer and Tattoo lover.
Having in lived and worked in Vancouver, Wellington, and Johannesburg he brings to the table an understanding of varying design styles from around the globe.
Taka studied at Osaka Gakuin University.

Michelle Lam
Michelle graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Graphic Design.
Being born and raised in Hong Kong, she’s a girl who’s always up for challenges and new exciting things.
She’s also a passionate designer, food lover and traveller, who finds inspiration everywhere and in everything.
Her motto: Work hard, play hard and make the world a better place!

Tiffany Lau
Tiffany graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) with a BA in Advertising.
As an art director, she loves to explore new concepts and ideas to stay creative and inspired.
Born and raise in Hong Kong, she’s a mirror of the city. Between chinese and western culture, dynamic and open minded.
Tiffany's passions are street culture and fine art. She also makes collages in her free time, which you can find on Instagram: @fiftypercentme

Finance Director,
Alex Tsui
Alex graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a BBA Hons in Hotel Management. Being obsessed in finance and economic sectors, Alex worked in a CPA firm after graduation and obtained a CPA qualification in 2008. Thereafter, he started his own business gaining valuable experience from different clients and industries including Marketing Agency, Private Equity Fund House, Guardian Security Company and an Education Institution.
Alex loves travelling and playing soccer.

Sara Madera
Sara has a BFA and an MBA, a unique combination that allows her to develop creative solutions rooted in business practices. She had honed her marketing skills over 15 years and across the globe, including Los Angeles, New York, Washington DC, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
